1. 14-Day Statutory Right of Cancellation

You have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order without reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

2. Extended 30-Day Deyue Satisfaction Guarantee

Beyond your statutory rights, we extend your return window to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact.

3. How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order reference (e.g. UK-DY-XXXXX). We will issue a pre-addressed return label for our UK logistics hub in Northampton. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of inspection.
